All ArdiTArt products are instantly delivered digital resources: courses, contracts, pricing tools, exhibition playbooks, and private community access. Because they are downloadable and remain in your account permanently, they are generally non-refundable.
We do, however, fully stand behind everything we sell. Refunds or remedies are promptly provided in these cases:
- Technical failure prevents access or download
- A promised live session or file is not delivered as described
- Any situation where the material is materially not as advertised
Simply email us within 14 days of purchase with your order details. We will respond within 24 hours (usually minutes) and fix the issue by re-delivering access, replacing files, or issuing a full or partial refund—whichever makes you completely satisfied.
